Jaswinder has a strong financial background and has worked for various levels of Government throughout her career, as a Financial Analyst, Manager of Financial Planning, and Manager of Payroll and Total Compensation.

Jaswinder has also been a Franchisee Owner Operator for three businesses for sixteen years in Victoria. Through the businesses, she has given employment opportunities to newcomers to Canada. These opportunities have allowed them to learn valuable employable skills, earn a living and learn English on the job. Has written numerous letters of reference for the newcomers for jobs, entrance into Colleges, Universities, Nursing Schools… There is a need for support for Visible Minority women on so many levels.

My expertise would be to help write resumes, do mock interviews to help them gain meaningful employment.
