We are all well aware of the COVID-19 situation and follow the provincial health guidelines, such as keeping social distance and wearing masks to protect ourselves and others. During COVID, we have been helping immigrant women, whether it is applications for Employment Insurance(E.I.) Canada Emergency Response Benefits (CERB) or Renewing permanent Card etc. Therefore, in the future, we will continue providing essential services by telephone, zoom or email, and if urgent, then in person with precautions as mentioned above. Due to many agencies being closed, there is an even greater need to break isolation to prevent domestic violence.
